Wholesale Terms
How to Order:
For online orders, please fill in the buyer registration request form at the top of this page. Once registered, you will be able to create a login to access my online wholesale shop. Please note, all orders placed online require payment via credit card when the order is placed.
You may also submit your order to [email protected] using this form. Upon receiving your order, I will send a digital invoice confirming total charges including shipping. Balance can be paid by e-transfer to [email protected], by credit card using the payment link on the invoice, or by cheque. First-time orders must be paid before order is shipped/delivered. Subsequent orders may be paid within 30 days of placing the order.
Order Minimums:· Per-item minimum is 2
· Opening order minimum is $200
· Re-order minimum (including new designs) is $150
Shipping & Delivery:
Local delivery is available for orders within a 30 km radius from my studio in Kelligrews, NL, for a $10 flat-rate fee. Order pickups are also welcome at no charge. All other orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel at a flat-rate of $15.
Order Processing:
Orders up to $500 ship within 5-7 business days, orders over $500 ship in 7-10 business days. Please note that exceptions to this processing time may occur in the event of supply shortages or at peak times of the year (ie. October-December). I will do my best to provide updates when delays are anticipated.
Returns/Exchanges:
I will accept returns on defective or damaged items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Unsold inventory may be returned and exchanged for new stock on a subsequent order. Exchanges are not considered part of the standard minimum order.
